My warfleet seems to have disappeared, why?
One minute it was there when I left the Concordia, but when I go into sublight to go to a Jobs Board mission, and get there, they're gone and they're nowhere on the star chart. What gives?

Hitting Q on the starmap cycles between warfleets and centers the view on them. If you've just lost track of it, which is easy to do, this should help.

Thanks for the reply. I did that, but it's not on the star map. It just seems to be gone, and I'm kind of screwed without it because I don't have the resources to build that many more ships. Pretty sure this is a bug. One minute they were all there following me (before going into sublight) and the next thing I knew I was getting murdered in a battle, and no wonder, because there were no yellow blips around. It was a Level 9 batttle and I'm at level 9.

OK, I went back to an earlier save, and in a different battle I lost all but one ship in my personal fleet after an encounter, yet immediately after I saw the ships nearby, but I could no longer order them to follow me. Is there some kind of morale mechanic, where if things get too dicey ships will just leave your fleet?

I don't think there is morale mechanic that lets your disgruntled fleet leave you or turn to another faction. Not so sure 'tho.

bro, i have just had this accure to all of my fleets also.. i just decided to move them around my territory a little bit.. after shaking out, they got into a small fight or two and the fleet icon disappeared in starmap whn i reopened it.. i went looking, and they have basically defected.. they might say hello, and be polite.. but they arent my fleets any longer, doing their own thing

I just had this issue. Had to reload and lose like an hour of progress (that's what I get for forgetting to dock with each station conquest).

The fleet disappeared while it was following me. A blue/neutral fleet of Rogues had also followed me for some reason and then, it seemed, glitch-hijacked my ship: no matter where I clicked on the starmap I only followed the Rogues fleet. I used a mission T-Drive to get out and, after the cutscene, my main fleet was gone.

Hitting Q got me nothing and the command points counter reset to virtually nothing I reloaded to a save directly before the jump and the fleet was still gone: funny enough, the Rogues fleet decided to piss off at that point.

@Zeko let me know if you want the before-and-after saves.

I do want saves if possible. Send it on this email and give us a little description:

Thanks!

I found that when a fleet of mine engage in a fight against an ennemy station that was hidden in the fog of war I will get the announcement that a battle has begun but the starchart does not show the fleet nor the station. If I personally go there (remembering where i sent my fleet before it disapeared) the battle will play as normal and after it is resolved, everything is back to normal.
