After last update I cant play. Controls is not working. Keyboard and gamepad has no response!

Was this done by the same guys who did streets of rage or is it just a ripoff?

I spent 2 hours trying to figure out how the hell to obtain this achievement, on both easy and normal. Do parries during rage mode count as getting hit? Does using special moves that use part of our HP count as getting hit too? Is this achievement unavailable on easy mode? Am I unable to obtain it if I skip to the last level via the level select? What's going on exactly?...
