Yes, local coop is working perfectly fine since release. It may be how the controllers are connected and how your computer handles them, you may want to try connecting both controllers before starting the game or to connect 1, launch the game, and plug the 2nd controller in.

Does this mean you wont have the flag camera thing on online muiltiplayer
