Waddler anger

[Stafford's Bees]

Some random mines and other NPC-triggered explosions managed to blow up part of Waddler's ice caves location right as I entered the level. This got the shopkeeper aggro music playing, but when I went inside his cave he was still calm and his item bucket still seemed to work despite being slightly blown up.

Then he seemingly didn't spawn at all in the sunken city.

that would only be possible if an explosion bigger than a regular bomb were to occur.
Or if waddlers storage was really close to another entrance to the back area and an explosion were to occur there.
I think it's the latter.
I think they should make a consistent location for waddlers cave to appear.
