Syncing issue in online

I have not played coop in a while but it never used to do this. When my friend and i play we have to wait like 2 mins at the start of each level and it says syncing up at the top right.

My brother and i played (he was on switch and i was on pc) last week and it didnt do it then but when my friend who is on pc tries it does this now.

just press windows key when it syncs, instant load

That fix seems to work for me too but I hope the devs find a way to properly fix it
