There aren't any. They haven't unpacked the assets, so modding it right now would require either injecting code into the EXE or finding a way to unpack it yourself.

Israel Blargh uses modlunky 2 the link's in his most recent video.

Use Modlunky, edit whatever character you need to edit and save it as png under the same name as the replacement, after you extracted everything, make a new folder in Overrides called textures, paste it there, then replace the folder in Extracted - Data - Textures.
Then repack.
