Been playing Spelunky 1 and 2 on other accounts for years. Still haven't beaten the game lol

I just beat it yesterday for the first time after 269 attempts and 35 hours, and that was just the first ending. It's definitely harder than the first one, which I 100%'d in about 60 hours.

Ah, well I have reached Tiamat a handful of times today, haven't beaten her yet. Won't be long till I beat the game as I unlocked the ice shortcut finally lol.

Oh yeah I agree. Couldn't get into Spelunky 1 but I've played a ton of Binding of Isaac Rebirth and Enther the Gungeon and this game is harder. Not hooked on it yet like I was with those too though but that might change.

I remember feeling like Hundun was an impossible goal after reaching Tiamat for the first time, but now I'm sitting on the Full Spelunky achievement. It just takes time/practice. Keep it up, you can do it.

just keep trying man, this game is about learning and getting better. the game would be no fun if you were able to beat it first try.
