What CAN you unlock in a seeded run?
1. do journal entries permanently unlock in seeded runs?

2. do characters permanently unlock? (still missing Tina, Dirk, Au, Classic Guy

3. can I use a seed run to fulfill Tunnel Lady's requests?

Anything else I need to know?

You can unlock journal entries

You can't unlock characters

I'm not sure about the shortcuts

you can do journal (i unlocked plenty of entries in seeded) but not characters or shortcuts
