Item drop after killing a common enemy?!
I killed a mosquito in jungle and hoverpack dropped out of thin air.
I was pretty surprised as I think trash enemies aren´t supposed to drop any items.
Has something similar happened to anyone?

Yes, certain enemies will have a very rare chance of dropping an item.


Croc Man: Teleporter
Hang Spider: Web Gun
Mosquito: Hoverpack
Mummy: Diamond
Pangxie: Metal Shield
Robot: Metal Shield
Skeleton: Skeleton Key
UFO: Golden Parachute

Yeah there are rare drops, even from trash enemies. Since you can get the following items as early as 1-2 in a shop I don't think a lucky boost on your run would be harmful in any way.

You can also get spring shoes and spike shoes from jiangshi and jiangshi assassin. Moles can drop a mattock. There might be some more but I'm not certain.
