Tun does sell Royal Jelly in some shops but its so expensive and doesn’t cure afflictions. Don’t see why it couldn’t be sold although I imagine this is a design choice as I think they really want you to learn you need to avoid getting cursed/ poisoned at all costs.
I also wonder why the clover is never sold anywhere, would be a good trade-off for some money to get extra time on levels that don’t have a leprechaun or one by default.
Ahhh yes, this is true, you are right. There are ways to get on the altar without killing yourself but this certainly is the safer option if cursed.
