First shortcut (after 1-4): $2000, 1 Bomb, $10000.
Second shortcut (After 3-1): 1 Rope, Any weapon, Any mount.
Third shortcut (after 4-4): $50000, Hired hand, Golden key from Dwelling (from the wiki: https://spelunky.fandom.com/wiki/Spelunky_2_Characters)
The Hired hand is the most irritating shortcut requirement quite frankly. Best way to approach that one is to get a buddy (or second controller) to use as a ghost so you can rob Madame Tusk's bodyguard of his shotgun by freezing him / breaking the ice. Afterwards you go kill the giant fish at the bottom of Tide pool (I think it may be the same stage if not the next one). That'll always get you a hired hand. Now literally carry him to Tunnel, because otherwise he will most definitely find a way to kill himself. They don't let you hold them for very long, but you can get around that by putting them down and picking them up every so often.

Hired hand can be easily done by going to Abzu. There's a coffin underwater. Abzu is on 4-4 so you just have to get him to the exit.

If you pick them up at the beginning of a floor and put them down again, they fall asleep (not my idea, I got it from a YT video). If you do this at the beginning of every floor, you pretty much only have to beat all the floors between the hired hand pick up and drop off point. That's the way I did this at least, I'm sure there are better ways.
