Mac support?
will this game have mad support, my friend has a Mac and wants to get it

There are no plans right now to release native ports to other platforms (including Mac, Linux or the Nintendo Switch). We will evaluate each individual platform and decide in the months after the game releases.

This news is very sad, the bad thing is that I am forced to:
a) include a virtual machine in my mac to be able to play
b) hack the game on some page
I don't like any option :c

It's very sad to read this. For Nintendo Switch users, porting Spelunky would be the best gift.

They ignore Mac users, even when there's more and more Mac user want to play games on Steam.

I'm a Linux user and I have the game running pretty much perfectly under wine:missing:
