how do i launch this bugged ♥♥♥♥?

whenever I dont load the frontend I get the error message saying it cannot find "default engine .ini" and just closes. I dont know if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this but thanks in advance.

hi, i completely new to this. i added a new picture from which i made a material. And added a poster to a map using this material. in the editor it all looks great, even when i start the play mode. but when i copy it to the game directory and startup rs 2 i only see the empy poster without my image. any idea what i have forgotten ?...
