Thats not the Umbrella Logo, thats the Umbrella Corps logo which is a Freelance Mercenary group made up of key people from Umbrellas Special forces. Since the collapse of Umbrella they take anti bioware missions and retrievals for the highest bidder. They are the Main characters of the Side game Umbrella Corps (which sucks)

They're supposedly Umbrella Corps. They have similar logo and name due they used to be part of Umbrella Corporation but didn't re-brand.
