The game is boring as hell...

...i'm currently on the ship and i hope i will reach the end soon. The whole game has a big problem with pacing and amateur like scripted sequences. Everything is so predictable.

Nope i'm playing Resident Evil since the release of the first one back in 1996. And before that I played Alone in the Dark.

Well, amateurish scripted sequences are pretty much the staple of this franchise, along with the B movie dialogue.
The pacing… I don't know, it felt strange on the first run, but after getting into the usual RE replayability routine, the game pace felt good up until the post-ship sequence. The late game is a chore for me, though.

When I first got this game for the xbox a while back, I beat it like, 3 times in a row fairly quickly to get the achievements. I found the ship part to be the most annoying ♥♥♥♥, being Mia sucks.

I welcome all opinions of the re series because it’s my favorite horror series and I personally like 7 the best and thought the re 2 and 3 remakes were so boring! I hope you like 8 more

Didn't really enjoy RE7, felt pretty meh. Best part of the game, in my opinion, is Not a Hero.

There is no way you played the original RE and think that RE7 is completely different.
It has everything from puzzles to ink ribbon-style saving. Inventory management, resource management, backtracking etc etc etc.

The only big difference is the move to first-person so that is literally ALL you guys have to complain about and even then it's a stretch.

They are nothing even close to the same.
