Question about the doll
Why the doll suddenly become so big? You know which doll i'm referring to. The pair of dolls you meet in the early part of the game and one of the doll you meet again towards the end. Does the doll imply anything?

Yeah. One of the dolls of the pair suddenly became so big. I was wandering why that happen

Have you play "Not a Hero" DLC? You will actually get a clue there.

Uhm, if it was not clear enough from the ship segment of the story, you are hallucinating there. The end boss is sending telepathic images to your character's brain.
