I can't get away from this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I'm in the part of the house with the staircase on both sides and trying to explore but he's everywhere.

safe rooms are safe.
crawling under the house is safe.

Jack will always catch up to you when he sees you so it's not about outrunning him, however his attack animations can give you enough of a pause to put some distance between you and him.

step away from his hits where possible, block otherwise.

doesn't matter where you are, Jack roams the main house until you progress further

Once you reach outside (door with the 3 dog heads), you can safely explore the house. I'd recommend waiting until you reach that point if Jack is giving you troubles.

I'm in the main hall. Literally right when I walk into the doors he is walking in from the right side. I can't explore because I'm constantly getting chased.

Solve the first shadow silhouette puzzle to open a door and go through it, and Jack will despawn from the house permanently. It is roughly 15–20 seconds of progression from where he pops up with the snow shovel in the upper bathroom. That is all you have to deal with him normally; barely half a minute.

I'd rather we didn't tell OP directly as it kills the initial tension when you don't know how exactly to deal with the threat.

It's like in REmake2 where people were complaining about Mr.X ruining the game without realizing how small his presence is and how quickly one can wrap everything up in the police station
