Resident Evil 7 won't launch on Windows 10

Hello all,

Kindly need your help, i cannot run RE7 in my Laptop (HP Pavilion Gaming 15 ec0001ax)
Spec :

AMD Ryzen 5 2.1 Ghz 4 cores
RAM : 16 Gb dual channel
VGA : NVidia GTX 1050 3Gb DDR5

When i launch the game, it shows miscrosoft game account pop up, then nothing happen. Game won't start just displayed blank screen in black color.

What i tried to solve :
- Run it as administrator (didn's solved)
- Update C runtime environment (didn's solved)
- Reinstalling game (didn's solved)

Just got stuck and almost desperate for this issue. I purchased with all of my rests of money, but now i couldn't play it

Please if you guys got the same problem, just gimme some information how to fix it

Try adding an exception in your anti-virus for RE7's .exe file.
That SHOULD solve your issue.

Yeah, i'm wondering about that as well, i'm pretty sure there's no collaboration between Capcom and Microsoft to launch the game.... Steam would let us know that on the store page via the EULA - End User License Agreement.

Core i5-4690K 3.5Ghz
8Gb RAM
Geforce GTX 980
