3 a's and a handprint

Very basic puzzle. Really. No need to look somewhere else on the internet for this kind of puzzle. But as soon as I opened the last lock from the far right side. "Tamara" which have 3 a and the middle one which has the bloody handprint. But the one that is lock on the far left side won't open. What the hell?! is this a bug? Do I need to restart my gameplay? weird
