do other games work correctly with HDR? I have no issue with my Tv and HDR. only thing i can say is to try and remove the driver and either go back to a preivous one were you were not experincing this problem or try to reinstall the current driver again.
yes i have and it looks ♥♥♥♥ without HDR.. its why i got an HDR display back when this game came out beacuse it looked washed out and horrible on my old TV. it looks amazing with HDR enabled.. are you sure you were running it in HDR to begin with?
No. it just looks ♥♥♥♥ compered to HDR.. my TV display looks the same as ps4 without HDR. HDR just looks way better.
My guess is you don't have a real HDR TV. There are a lot of 4K TV's out there that say they are HDR but are not really HDR. What is the max Nits on your 4K TV and how many local dimming zones does it have? If it is below 600 nits and have no local dimming zones, then its not real HDR and that why it looked bad.
Sorry to say, but the HDR looks bad on your 4K TV because you most likely don't have HDR.
Final Fantasy XV on the other hand requires HDR to be activated from Windows.
