Daughters is a prequel, Not a Hero takes place roughly 20 minutes after the end of the main game, and End of Zoe is the epilogue of the entire story.
The rest are just minigames, so play them however you wish. Although I have to add that IMO Jack's 55th Birthday is the best one, so save that one first or last, depending on how you want to approach it.
Although strictly speaking Nightmare has little to no story either.
