When does Resident Evil: Vendetta take place?
I so confuse, is it directly after RE6? After the Daughters DLC on RE7?

Any idea when exactly it takes place? Or at least the year it takes place?

They're all set during/around the year they're release, give-or-take some time with development.

If it were at the time it were released, it would be during (or very close to) the events of RE7, and if it were before it, Chris would have went through some insane body changes in a very short time, and somehow got with Umbrella instead of the BSAA.

It is after RE6, but we don't know by how much. There are 4 years in-universe between RE6 and RE7, so plenty of time to put Vendetta in.
Although somewhere I read that Rebecca in Vendetta was exactly twice as old as in RE1, so that would date it at 2016.

Between re6 and re7. The year of it is unknown although it's closer to re6 than re7 since some of the events connect to re6. It doesnt connect to re7 at all though ( Other than using chris maybe. ) unlike degeneration / damnation connecting to re5 / re6.

RE7 takes place in summer 2017. It's already told in game.

I asked when RE Vendetta took place, not RE7.

Would be great if you could show me where it said Rebecca was twice her age, because this punkass on the Resident Evil wiki wants a source.

I don't remember. I read it around the time Vendetta was released. It was tied to the assumption that this is the first film that takes place in the year it was released in. But it was quite some time ago.
It also does not help that in the promo still shots Rebecca does indeed look like 35+, but in the film itself she is often depicted as maybe 25.

I remember someone calls her a "child" or something like thatin Vendetta. But she's 36....... pretty sure that's not a "child" at all.

Well, before Vendetta, all games used her RE0 model, even in RE5 and the Mercenaries spin-off game, depicting her still being 18, even though RE5 took place 8 years later.

True, and it heavily angers me that Barry and Rebecca are still marked as their ages from RE1. By the way RE5 is 11 years after RE0 and RE1. Lost In Nightmares, however, takes place 8 years after RE0 and RE1.
