There is a list of achivements that RE7 will have and one says " complete the game within 4 hours" - this kinda bothers me but i like to think that it wont be possible to do at first playthrough. I got big hopes with this game, its good that they changed the formula. I hope for atleast 10 hours at first playthrough. Cheers.

You can speedrun complete RE1 in less than an hour. I've done it on PSX many times. You can also speedrun RE2 in less than 2 hours in PSX, I've also done this many times to unlock numerous things such as hunk and tofu and the fake Akuma crap that went around in game zines forever back in those days.

You shouldn't be playing Spacewar. That is a bannable offense. I won't explain why but I'm sure you know exactly why since you're using it and are not a steamworks developer.

Wasn't the reward for the first games the infinity launcher if you could finish under 2 hours?

I beat Resi 5 in what was around 3 hours, probably less. Once you know the game and crit path, it's not hard to trim down the time.
