AI blatantly cheating in 21.

First off, I love blackjack. Use to play it for fun. Sometimes for gambling but mostly fun. Was excited to hear about it coming out for RE7. Trump cards add a nice touch to it as well as the SAW gimmick. However, playing it above normal is a complete mess. The AI routinely cheats and there's nothing you can do about it. I don't know how I managed to beat it on survival but survival plus is absurd. I understand if the game needs to cheat during the last boss for that added "i'm screwed" effect but this is ridiculous - every round, the AI cheats and you need to get through 10 of them. Even with the first player, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ramps up almost immediately.

Right before the showdown, there's 5 possible cards the AI can have and they ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS have the card that puts them up +1 over you. Also, they'll commonly throw down 3 Two-Ups just to rub it in your face and make it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ impossible to win. And for the next 3 hands, they'll do it again and again and again which is statistically astronomical. Or in the rare event I'll have 21, they'll throw down a Go for 24/27. Now I understand the RE7 version of 21 isn't about playing 21 but about playing it as a puzzle. You have to use all the trump cards in your inventory like it's a puzzle and even then, you'll get a random round where the AI will be like "okay i'm ending this" and there isn't ♥♥♥♥ you can do about it.

Fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cheating AI capcom. I see no point in even trying to beat survival +. I got down to round 5 and realized it's pointless to keep trying. Hard difficult is fun but impossible isn't.

I mean with the way the game functions, theres not any real way they could make it any more difficult unless they let the AI cheat.

I haven't tried the last 21 mode, but it seems you have to save some of your trump cards towards the end it seems and just have random luck on the earlier matches.

On survival + I managed to get to the final opponent. You've gotta save those trump cards man, also I've managed to get the 2nd opponent quite a few times, barely using any trump cards. It's quite possible, maybe you've just been getting extremely unlucky?

I've beaten all oponents in Survival+ and actually my impression is that the game wants you to win - when you can.

For instance, there are some situations when you must loose so you use your shield cards in order not to loose any fingers.
However, in the end of the game, my opponent had 6 rounds where he got 21 and threw the card that didn't allow me to draw. Even then, what the game wanted for me to do was to switch my last card with his.

I feel you bro, the exact same things is happening to me.
No matter how many try I give it to, the AI always get above me, or will always use the correct card to remove any chance for me to win.
The AI have got 21, 7 times in a row (no joking...) I'm getting really mad and I'm really near the point to crush my screen with my controller...
Even if I manage to trick into getting more than 21 it will almost always use the 24 card....

It's somewhat scripted, especially the last few opponents. You're meant to save up a few very specific trump cards to use on the cheaters- but as with any game of chance, it make take several tries before all the variables fall into place and you get what you need to win. Such is the nature of gambling.

It's supposed to cheat so you just need to be smart and cheat (if you do it right, you will) at the very end..(if you make it that long).. HahahHahah

Considering returning the game just because they tried making it hard in such way. This ain't difficult, just frustrating, I don't even get those cards that I unlocked from challenges in survival+
