What if Salem and Glynda are the same person?

I know Salem and Glynda have to different VAs, but this is just a theory. Anyway, it could explain why Salem wanted Ozpin dead. Glynda is barely around in RWBY anymore (I know it's because Glynda's VA was fired, but Glynda not being around much anymore in the series could be a good boost in the theory), she wasn't even proud of Ruby when those goons in Volume 1 were rekt by an awesome 15 year old with schythe, she was instead mad at Ruby, while Ozpin was willing to put Ruby ahead two years to attend Beacon Academy. Glynda also seemed to have aan attitude sometimes, and the only person to be angered at people for one little thing (Like the food fight in Volume 2), and the only other person in power that was angered was Ironwood, when Yang attacked Mercury (When she was hallucinating in Volume 3) in Volume 3, but he had a reason to be mad at someone. This theory might be overthought. XD

Glynda's busy repairing the City of Vale. We saw this in Volume 4, and Oobleck and Port re-affirmed it later on.

Ozpin didn't work closely with her every day either. Penny was planted in Atlas Academy's student body and brought to Vale for the Vytal Festival just like everyone else. Ozpin had no reason to suspect her.

Qrow's Semblance was revealed in Volume 4. Qrow even mentions it that it's his Semblance.

Qrow showed up unannounced because they stopped sending him orders. He does stay away from Beacon.
