Besides what's been noted? If you haven't yet, you may need to just try it on easy until you get use to that and work your way up. Or find a few players who are decent to do it with so they can keep reviving you when you go down until you get better (and you can observe how they do it)

Basic of practice makes perfect.

I don't know if this is useful,but my stradegty was to shoot the minion and charge up my ultimate and to spam the Q key whenever he stuck his tail into the ground

Well, I am specifically talking about solo mode, but starting on normal isn't a bad plan I guess.

how i did it solo
lvl 9 weiss and spam the crap out of ranged attacks... i spent nearly an HOUR on this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ battle mainly cuz of a lack of lock on

How did you miss a giant target who takes up at least 1/5th of the screen wherever he goes

What i am getting from this is you used only wiess' ranged for the entire fight to whittle away at the deathstalker's HP.

I'm not hitting the droids 75% of the time
Mostly because I can aim well enough to hit something that is likely taking up half the screen

uhm weiss actually deals good damage its just that on solo the boss in general takes long

yeah for the boss itself what i find the best team so far are nora and weiss just bombard his ass and then use jaune and another for the main attackers make sure u use the melee players to turn the boss around so he wont even attack at all. i mainly figured this out on the 2nd beating the first time around i was just mad how its impossible to kill him as weiss.

Yeah she does
But you're only doing reduced damage until you hit him while he has his stinger stuck in the ground

He doesn't take more than like 15 minutes for me
