Is Hocus DRM-free?

I'm looking to lessen my overreliance on Steam. I'd like to be able to save and reinstall, and play, my games on a new computer without needing to redownload Steam.

I'd like to know if Hocus is DRM-free. It'd be nice to be able to plot a path on these Escher shapes independent of internet or Steam Client.
