Mouse sensitivity is not constant. (non-ads)

Edit: the game still modulates my mouse sensitivity. Anyone know how to avoid this? I need to change the sensitivity every 10 min or so just to maintain a constant mouse sensitivity. It seems to be periodic but I can't figure out why.

I'll change the sensitivity and then move my mouse to test if it is ideal, then within minutes it is either much faster OR slower than what it was before. I have vsync turned off and my refresh is 144hz.

I cant tell what is causing this and have changed the graphics settings as well.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so were you able to fix it? Thanks for your help!

Yes it was down to the mat I used and the cable getting bent and hard. Quite a few old. Microsoft mouse.
The mouse had reached its use by date bought a new one and trhe cable is more reliable all good.

Strange. Ok. My mouse is new so I'll have to trouble shoot with it some more. It's wireless so maybe I'll plug it in and try. It's just so weird that this is the only game that this happens on for me.
