Agree 127.846% on this. Way too early for "Creative Mode" in the game. I'd rather see the time spent on better NPC AI and more craftable items.
In Subsistence, time sometimes doesn't effect anything since sometimes even if you search for like half an hour you have a chance of getting lucky and getting 100-200 nails or be unlucky and get around 20-30. Im unlucky and my tool crates give me around 2-3 nails and I can never find a locked crate. BTW I was just about to play Empyrion too xD

lol to think how far Empyrion has come since 2018 compared to this game...
In roughly two or three months Planet Crafter have evolved more than seven years of this game (two developers)

you have to essentially play the game a long time, build up a bunch of stuff, copy that profile to a new save profile, then delete everything.
so you'll have the original profile you put all that work into, and then a second profile where you tore everything in the original profile apart and have whats left over.
save that profile on your desktop, call it "sandbox" and anytime you want to play around you'll have a sandbox file ready to be loaded into whatever new profile you want.
Not even enable/disable motion blur
