Cable Cart issues.

made cable carts today, but found after the first use it worked well, but on 2nd use it just teleported me from 1 base to another, it did not run along the cable 2nd time around. Also i somehow got chucked out the cable-cart and landed on the ground breaking my leg, right near a cougar. lol
Also why does the Cable Cart take so much Power to just got go from base to base, a short hope took like 2000 power from one of my bases when worked 1st time.

Power requirement depends on distance.

It takes like 2400 or so power when you first connect the cable. After that it's based on distance but requires very little per trip, like less than 50.
