3rd person?

I hope this thread finds you well.

In the past few days i have been craving a wilderness survival game and in my search i stumbled upon this. Looks really fun from what i have seen.

My question is: does this game offer a 3rd person view? Sadly i get bad motion sickness from 1st person survival games.

Hi, this game does not feature a playable third-person view. Personally, I consider titles, who offer both perspectives, to lack a specific game-design, especially when there's some shooting involved.

There is a third-person view available, but it's mostly just for viewing your character and taking screenshots (see the keymap). You can't aim weapons or walk while in third-person.

1 or 3 change nothing about bad motion sickness, if you got in one you got it in the other too but maybe not with the same force sickness...

I think more that you prefer 3 view who is a cheat view to can see on your back...

Thanks. I might pick it up, i see that it has some options to reduce to motion sickness. If it ain't working i can just refund.

Use windowed mode to help with motion.
Start game at menu>graphics> at the bottom click windowed.
Turn V sync off.

No worries I went terrible motion sickness with another game Green Hell and window mode helped also bad headaches.
Apologise I didnt see you dont own the game.
You could consider try it dont like refund within 2 hours.

Cheers. Tried Green Hell a while back but sadly the motion sickness got the better of me. Pretty sad about that as the game looks really fun
