Singleplayer World --> Multiplayer World
Is it possible to transfer the world from singleplayer to multiplayer? So that the world and items are the same, etc. How to do it? I would like my friend to play with me in such a world. We don't want to build the base again, etc. Can you help?

This is the folder where you'll find your saved games. Do a backup of this folder before proceeding.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Subsistence\UDKGame\SaveData\ProfileSaves
-
Start a new coop profile, save and exit.
Load into the profile you want to convert to coop and delete your BCU (otherwise you won't be able to access your base later on), leave everything you have on you in one of the crates, save and exit.
Head to the Sp folder and copy the last modified saved game (ex. saveGame15.sav).
Head to the Mp folder and check which one of the save files is the last modified (ex. serverSaveGame1.sav), delete such a file, paste the Sp save (the one that you have copied a while ago) in this folder.
Now rename this Sp save as follows
In this example
saveGame15.sav -> serverSaveGame1.sav
Now, run the game, load the coop profile, reach for your base and install a new BCU.
Have fun with your friends.
