Veggies
I'm struggling with the veggies. Found very rarely apples and berries on crates. But my chickens are kind of fatasses and I need veggies for my player as well.

Any other way to get fruits/veggies in game rather than crates + good luck?

P.D.> Hear a rumor that there are berry bushes. Haven't seen any yet. Anyone saw one/picked up from one?

The blueberry bushes and the fiber plants pretty much look the same. I never know which it is until I pick it.
Also, you can build a plant box and plant tomato and cotton seeds.

You can find berries around the map. The plant is the same for fibers (don't know why).

As soon as you can, try to build a Plant Bed with tomatos seeds. Tomatos give a lot of fruit/veg stats points, which is the stat that seems to be harder to maintain.

I always roam around a full day in game without running out of stamina.

Strongly advise you grow a bunch of tomatos. But you need a lot of ash for the fertiliser so keep your fire going as much as you can

Just a thought ... GET THAT Garden going ... tomatoes is the key here and the chickens love them ... gives you fruit and water when you eat them.
The only thing here I don't like is that a level 3 Bear only gives you 1 steak - needs alittle more balance.

Thanks all of you!

If you get closer to the plant, you will notice that there are some very small blue balls in the plant but from afar it's pretty much the same thing.

Blueberry bushes are fluffier for me compared to fibre plants. Maybe this varies from video card to video card? I can tell when something is a blueberry bush from quite a distance away now.

Since the patch the other day it seems like there is less blueberries in the wild

Tomatoes is way to go, but seeds are some-what rare. Focus on getting lockipicks and plant bed asap.

It would be nice to be able to convert a ripe tomato to a bunch of seeds, so you can perpetuate your garden instead of losing the plants after harvest.

Yeah, we definetely need more recipes for more harvesting possibilities. For example it would be nice to get some plant fibers while we harvest tomatoes \ cotton, seems 100% logical to me. Also re-planting tomatoes sounds neat.

Just an FYI on the plant box. In order to keep up the fertilizer, i run both the woodburner and a separate campfire essentially constantly.

You don't need to waste your wood for fertilizer. Just steal fertilizer from hunter's campfire.

If you look really close before you pick, you can see little blue dots.

Since blueberries are allready in the game it would be nice if you could grow them.
