And then there's the question of whether time to spoilage is remembered. If I take something out of the freezer for a while then put it back will that time make the food spoil faster the next time I take it out of the freezer?

This is not an advertisement but a response to information that was requested by the OP.
You know about meats and I will add anything you make (soups, meals) also have to be placed in the refrigerator.
That is what the current refrigerator is - it stops the spoil timer of meat and meals.
But he did thoroughly answer the question. Why should he waste his time summarizing in writing what is clearly explained in a product he already spent time producing? Give the guy credit for answering someone's questions so thoroughly...none of the rest of us did.
Look I’ve nothing personal against 00 I’ve watched some of his videos and they can be informative and at times entertaining and he has been helpful across this forum many times I’ve seen.
However it’s my opinion that he’s using this forum to help advertise/promote his YouTube channel but that’s my opinion and many may disagree (that’s fine) and equally I may be completely wrong but that’s for steam to decide not me.
Anyhow I’ve said what I think and shall not comment further in regards to the matter it’s not for me to decide what’s right or wrong on this forum.
It's not like you have to sit through 8 ad plugs in 10 minutes AND have an ad integration somewhere inbetween, like a multitude other content-makers out there. Just saying.
Eggs, tomatoes and bottled water is what I take with me on every trip. I never have hunger problems. They can of course always be stored in storage crates as well. They do not spoil and they stack, (100 Eggs, 40 Tomatoes and 100 bottled water) providing all, protein, veggies and hydration. I do of course have refrigerated food as well.
