Report a translation problem
Youre worrying about it too much, although it can be a bit difficult the first day or two. What i usually do is not worry about it until almost dark(when im back at my build site for the night) then i will fill up on stuff that i have killed throughout the day. If you are pretty much topped off in the morning, you are good until almost night. You dont have to keep your food bars full all day long.
Once you have made a bow and some arrows, you dont even need to really actively hunt any more. While you are out doing your loot runs, just kill chickens(or catch them) and rabbits that you see along the way. Being that you 1 shot kill those with the bow, its very easy to get food to eat later that evening
