Please add some lock boxes. I haven't came across one since the update. Thank you.

I've been finding them in the same places and at the same rate as before. Just a bad run of luck. It's happened to me before a few times.

Yeah, finding them in the same places as well. It's completely RNG and ever since they were introduced I"ve gone periods where I found none or they were just well hidden and other times when I found three in the same area.

I am finding them by the dozens in all the same places and 2 more in the new region. More than enough places to find them now.

If you search discussions for lock boxes or locked crates or similar you'll run across a lot of descriptions. Just look for locked.

As I just elaborated on in the other current post about locked crates, I typically find them by traveling around to different areas of the map, changing the routes daily, being sure to hit most areas of the entire map over 3-4 days. I usually find one a day, occasionally two. Works well for regular crates too.

@Akeel - Is that the new lake at the bottom? I built a small camp down there and had a crate spawn next to the rock I'm on. Need to search the area for more to see how big it is.

I think I would also like to add to this conversation if I may. I believe the Locked Crates at this time are almost a waste of Time and Resources. Very rarely do you ever find one with the more rare items such as Gun Parts or Sheet Metal. I think it could be A lot better at offering items that are rare. Not stuff like Rope and Granola Bars! I payed for the Crate!!!! (All my time searching for one. And the cost of power and Mass to make the Pick to open it.) Why WASTE my TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! And Resources for Crap I can do for myself. Don't get me wrong tho. I'll take whatever is offered. But I think the Developer is Pretty cheap and Petty with his offerings to us. Also I see people worrying about whether this game is worth getting or not. If you don't want it. Don't buy it! Simple! But I have owned it since it first came out. The Dev has done a FANTASTIC job with this. "By himself"! The Graphics are better quality then Rust for instance and Equal to "Call of the Wild, The Hunter!" This game has come far and now I play ALL the time instead of Rust!!!!!!! Even tho I run a Rust Server of my own. For anyone looking for relaxing game. This is it! You want to shoot Bad Guys....This has it too! And if your a REAL Gamer. You would recognize all the work needed to produce and maintain and create Subsistence! This is a GOOD game. So don't knock it til you've really allowed yourself some time to play it. It's suppose to be hard!!!!!!!
