Does berry water still exist?
All I have seen are canteens, and I have been unable to drop the berries onto them to make berry water. What am I missing?

YES! But it only works on the plastic bottles currently. Those you have to find or craft a Wellhead to get.

I would suggest this be added to Canteens too ... or leave it as a 'Leveling UP' bonus ... your thoughts?

Does a fat baby fart? Yes.

Like 404 said, it can only be done with the water bottles.
I also would like to see this with the canteens.

Yeah I have 4 canteens I use, ( built 3 of them), but have never seen a water bottle, except in Utube videos. Oh well I guess I am out of luck.

Build the wellhead,, it will produce plastic water bottles.

Bottled water can be found in loot boxes, but it's pretty rare. Basically you'd find dozens blueberries per 1 bottled water from loot crates, average. So no need to hoard blueberries just for that - if you happen to find a bottle of water, you can get a blueberry for it rather soon anyhow.

Personally, i feel it's fine the way it is. Gives that wellhead so much more value once you're able to construct it - it will spit out as much bottled water as you need, assuming you have no energy shortage for its operation.

And, of course, bottled water stacks, unlike canteens, so wellhead is also kind of little boost to your invetory useful capacity (if you happened to run around with more than 1 canteen - you can instead run around with several water bottles stacked up, which takes less inventory slots).
