Need Help Crafting sinew

I seem to be at a loss, but i can't seem to find out how to make sinew. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It isn't crafted. You need to either hunt Cougars for it, as they drop it, or you need to find it in locked crates.

Hi,

You cannot craft sinew. You can get them in locked boxes and from Cougars. A cougar takes 2-3 un-upgraded shot gun blasts in the head to kill... take splints with you :)

thats great. sigh. i have wandered all over lookin for a cougar, but haven't found one yet. ill keep looking. thanks peeps!

Look around the big moutain where the sun sets. Two cougars seem to spawn on either side one by the big split rock and the other will spawn on the far side. Good luck:)

One spawns above the cave with the arched rock in front of it...up where the snow line starts. If it isn't there relog or look to the west along the snow line or just below the snow line.

i have 1 respawn in C1 almost in C2 near the snow-almost every day

i think there are 3 spawn locations. but not all at same time

Is it me or do the cougars look like dogs from afar??? Thanks for the info on the Sinew. I was at a lost also. I had one in my inventory. But didn't know where I got it.

you can also find it in locked boxs

moose also drop sinew proberly easier to kill then cougers

Go for the Moose you get antlers with it.
