Can't open Hot N Steamy

So the main game works fine for me, but it's only when I try to select Hot N Steamy that it keeps crashing and freezing up. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, getting the itch.io version, reducing graphics, and resetting my progress. Anyone else having this problem, or anyone know how to actually fix it?...
