Yes you can, as the text says: "complete the game without getting hit by an enemy"

You have definitely avoid getting hit by any kind enemy, environment damage doesn't count.

I collected the guard suite as soon as possible and used it a lot to avoid most combats completely. Be careful in the crypta. And also very tricky will be the last battle at the beach as you have to carry the quest items while getting chased. Make sure to lure enemies away of the quest items (bombs) before picking them up. If you move diagonally enough, most of those enemies will fail to hit you anyway, but this is only a last resort option.

If you ever notice an enemy dealing damage to you, you may just reload your last checkpoint and redo it. The checkpoint does not remember that you failed. Makes it much much more doable.

I see, thanks. I was just confused by this particular answer https://steamcommunity.com/app/417290/discussions/0/2572068292098435512/#c592886117969166809

I just got the achievement (Win 10 version) and can confirm that traps, bees, and fall damage do not invalidate the achievement.

---

But I remember I personally used the general strategy to whenever I got physical damage in any case to reload the checkpoint. Just to be sure. So I used the savespots a lot to make checkpoints often. I made also sure to disarm bees and bear traps, and avoid thorns carefully. Better safe than sorry.

But it seems this achievement is bugged for some people. If it doesn't pop for you even if you avoided all enemy damages because game just bugged out, I can give you my safefile right before the final battle that does pop it. But you might want to try it yourself anyway. Just ask me here and I will upload the file for you.

EDIT: I check falling from heights and thorns, and they definitely not counted as hit by enemies. I guess it is the same with bees, traps and mushrooms.

Okay, thanks a lot for clarification. Regarding the save file, I will take it into account. To be frank this is my my second playthrough, but i didnt finish the game when i played it for the first time and now doing no alert/no damage run just for the sake of challenge/more difficulty. I remember when i played it for the first time i reached the shore area and dropped it eventually, have no idea what awais me next.

At the first time you are at the shore everything will be fine and free of enemies.

But later on there will be a ton of undead skeletons. Which are fairly slow and easy to avoid as long as you can run with stamina.. The big problem in the final section is that you are in a confined space with tons of skeletons while you have to carry bombs to a target while your allies try to defend you. You can't run while you carry something, and there will be more skeletons than allies, so you need to drag them away before taking the bomb, and if some skeleton comes close, diagonally move around it so that they slash into the air - but this does not work 100% of all times though. .

But if you keep reloading your last checkpoint if you got hit, you will be fine.
