Hidden Stash / Hammer quest

Stuck on this quest, I have the master key for the jail but still cant unlock the gate to their old cell, I have my lantern and I can activate it but it says I still need the key. Is there a key im missing?

I'd agree with Yeap, it sounds like you're at the wrong gate. If you're using your lantern in order to see the door lock, it sounds like you're trying to open the sewer gate, not their old cell.

Am stuck on finding this location. I've found another cell with another note on the ground, next to it a stairway that leads to a flooded room, and before that a dark room where you have to use a lantern, but no where I can find this handles from the drawings. Can you post a pic how this cell looks like?

The flooded room is the room you're looking for. There's the two handles on the left and right side of the beds which you need to turn for the secret stash to open.

Thank you, I really did not see those rings in the room. And thanks to the notes and chair, I managed to get the hidden stash from the first try :)

can anyone advise? I've found those two handles, but I can only access the one on the right (when facing the alcove) the other I cannot reach and only shows its name as uninteractive red. There's no stool to use to climb on, or anything like that. I'm darn stuck. :|

There is a stool between the 2 beds in the same room.

The stool wasn't spawning for me. I had to go get one from the courtyard.

Is there something I'm missing for this? I've set the rings to either pattern I've found and nothing has happened.

First time I did I had them backwards, maybe this?
