Xbox One controller not working

Hi,

I've been looking for that subject in the previous threads, it seems that I am not the only one having such a problem with the game. Using a wireless Xbox One controller on a windows 10 PC, problems start as soon as the game is loaded, cursor going systematically down as I don't even touch my stick. Clicking anything in the menus is a bit of challenge, as I am struggling with the stick to go up while the game has the cursor going the opposite. Launching the game meets the same problem, hence game is not playable at all.

I must say here that my system and my controller work as expected in any other game but this one. This is very disappointing as the game itself seems very nice but someting must be missing regarding the way it handles my controller. If anyone has a solution or a hint here, that would be much appreciated.

Problem fixed just by turning the controller off and on. Go figure...

Hello, I'm having the same problem, but in this case I hung up and turned on the controller and he even recognizes it but I can't play with it.

Like, the mouse disappears as if I'm in control, but I can't use it either in the menu or to play ...

My controller is the Playstation Dualshok 4, but it seems that the problem is the same with the Xbox.
