Thief's Tunic and Hat

I can't, for the life of me, find them. And the clues that the smithy showed me won't show up. Anybody able to help me?

Wait, there's a path to the harbor near the Far Tower? I swear I searched all over, and didn't see a path... Alright, thanks, I'll look.

I can't find any path to the harbor from Far Tower. I've managed to light all 4 candlesticks in each of the obelisks, but I don't think that did anything. Otherwise, I can't find any path to the harbour.

Have you cleared the rock fall at the top of the armory stairwell yet? You have to do that before you can first get to the harbour (it's after you've got the chest from the catacombs for Silas).

There's no route from the Far Tower to the Harbour. It's from the Shore area after the rockfall is cleared.

The thief hat is in the catacombs.

OH! I didn't realize I have to finish the sewers first. xD I'm dumb. Alright, guess I'm not far enough into the story yet.
