Dodgy mouse/Schlüpfriges Mäuschen

I have a question concerning the achievement "Dodgy mouse [ENG] / Schlüpfriges Mäuschen [GER]"
The description in English says "Complete the game without getting hit by an enemy."
The German translation describes "Beende das Spiel, ohne von einer Wache getroffen zu werden.", which means if I translate it back "Complete the game without getting hit by a guard."

Since I have a German layout of the Steam UI and read the German description of the achievement, I have the fear that I spoiled my walkthrough. I my aim was to do all achievements on one run. I remember that the leeches hit me in the sewers, so that would mean that the achievment is unattainable.

Can somebody confirm what are the real requirements or have a savegame before the end fight if it turns out that my walkthrough is broken.

I'm a bit late with a reply here, so you've probably worked it out by now, but it should only be the guards that count.

There was a bug originally where getting hit by a leech/spider/etc could break the achievement, but that was fixed quite a while ago.

I got all achievements except this one in my playthrough, but how would I have been hit by a guard when I never even alerted one?

yeah thats kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, i did a second playthrought, not getting hit and still missing that achievement

Same here :( The only thing that actually hit me were bees..

Do you have a save of before the bees hit you?

On a later playthrougg i got the achievement but i kept an earlier save point coz at some point a spider hit me when you escape at the end or sth, when finishing the game it didnt unlock so i did this sequence again without getting hit this time and it unlocked. So it's not only the guards that can't hit you but everything it seems

Yeah, it seems that also bees, leeches and spiders count aswell for that achievment. Finished it two times without getting hit or seen by guards only for first and the little enemies (spiders and leeches) for second try, but I did not get the achievment :c
