"Lost Squad" Sidequest

For the life of me I can only find 2 of the 3 in the catacombs. There seems to be one body on a platform early on, but I can't make that jump. I found the 2 on the path leading up to the bird's nest but I can't find the third. Has anyone found all 3?

You might not have made it far enough into the game.

The third is in the lower catacombs, which you get to by riding the dying light after you've talked to Ravik.

Yes, some quests can't be completed without advancing the main quest and unlocking new areas.

I'm going crazy to find the last one, I only find the 2 where the spiders are.
Where I speak with the backbone and where there is the imprisoned crow there is nothing, could it be a bug? Or maybe when I gave the antidote to the guard, made me disappear the body?

The answer is in the spoiler text above. Let me ask this though - Have you spoken to Ravik yet while dressed as a King? If not, you're not far enough along to find the 3rd guard.

I can not yet turn into a king because I miss the last piece of the costume.
