Where to finde the Armory Key.
Can anyone tell me where to finde the Armory Key?

It's on the belt of the guard who patrols up and down the long stairwell that you get to from the Far Tower area.

But he has a helmet on, how can you take it from him if you can't incapacitate him?

You can take items the guards have just by sneaking behind them and clicking.

Yeah, I've had that problem at times too. It seems as if you're not behind them and try to take it from the side you get the message that it's too risky (sometimes it even goes red when behind them, so I'm not 100% sure what causes it). But you can take items from the guards without knocking them out.
