edit: Oh, the readme is talking about system memory and not video memory specifially. I got plenty-o system memory with 8G.
The trees and grass look a little nicer which makes roaming the zone a little more immersive and pleasantly dreary. Framerates didn't take a hit with the 'lite' version (i'm running with adaptive vsync so 60 is still 60 fps), but i did notice increased vram usage. Now using 1.4ish compared 1G w/o the mod.
I like that this just improves the visuals w/o changing anything dramatic. Vanilla game that looks a little nicer.
i like to use them an build on top of'm. so pretty for a place that can kill you so fast. 8)
When i first got the game and loaded it up, i thought the graphics left something to be desired. These two mods pretty much satisfy that desire.
