Best Graphics/Texture Mod

I'm about to play COP again and this time I want to use mods. I'm really just looking for graphical improvements. I've heard Complete makes it easier and isn't the best looking of the mods and Misery may be too much of a pain in the @ss until I play thru a few more times. I'm thinking Atmosfear 3, Arsenal, Absolute Nature and Structues. Any other or better suggestions to get the best looking game possible? Thanks in advance.

I know this has been asked a million times but I'm looking for ONLY the best graphical improvement at this time.

I use atmosfear 3, the absolute texture mods and sweetfx. game looks awesome and runs fine.
