Stalker anomaly storms

So I love playing anomaly and have modded the hell outta it however I've been trying to find something that made storms much more intense. Not just emissions but regular storms by added severe winds, blinding dust, scattering leaves, and maybe even a small >ef1 twister that could kill the player by throwing them. (Tho that last one is moreso a dream as I don't think it's possible in stalker).
Atmosfear looks enticing but isn't compatible with anomaly so....any suggestions for insanely deadly weather conditions?
