Anyone grateful? GOG giveaway
Hi ^^ as you might know, currently GOG are giving away drm-free copies of this game, to people who already own it.

Would anyone be so kind to give me one of their keys to redeem myself a copy on GOG?
It is just used to register on GOG and not used after this process. There will not be any damage to your key your Steam Account or whatsoever.
It would just be a nice action^^

I would be very happy if somebody would do me the favor. :)

Did this actually work for anyone? I just tried to redeem Clear Sky and Call of Pripyat (there's no key showing for SoC) using the keys provided by Steam and GOG wouldn't accept them.

@bierbaron I can confirm that I was able to activate both my SoC and CoP on GOG except for CS, oddly enough. Luckily, I have a retail version of SoC which came with a CD-key because as far as I know Steam doesn't seem to provide the CD key for SoC unlike the other two.

Just tried it myself and it worked for Call of Pripyat. That's the only one I have on steam though.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. I have now created a ticket with GOG support, interested to know why it wouldn't work for me.

That's odd because I got CoP only through Steam and its CD key did activate.

you need the boxed copy key not the steam key

But what I'm saying is that my CoP was the Steam version which did activate on GoG. Still odd, but oh well.

Yeah, for some reason my Shadow of Chernobyl didn't have a retail key attached. Oh well!
